This guide covers how to manage your Treya subscription billing and user seats.
You can manage your billing and seat management in the Account Settings screen.
To set up a payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription, click the 'Manage Billing' button in the Account Settings screen. Billing information is securely stored and managed by Stripe, the industry leading payment processing platform. Your payment method will be charged monthly based on your subscription plan.
By default, you have 1 seat license for your organization. You can invite additional users to your organization in the 'Seat Management' tab of the Account Settings screen by clicking the 'Invite User' button. This will create their user account and send them an email with a link to create their password. If you do not have enough seat licenses purchased, one will automatically be created for you and will be billed pro rata on your next invoice.
To remove a seat license from a user, click the gear icon next to the user in the 'Seat Management' tab of the Account Settings screen and select 'Remove License'.
When you remove a seat license from a user, it will not be deleted. It will remain in your account and you will be billed for it until you remove it. You can remove any extra seat licenses you have by clicking the 'Remove Extra Licenses' button in the 'Seat Management' tab of the Account Settings screen.
