Treya is used by all members of your team: billable people, sales, project managers and leadership. To configure which users have access to the platform, what they can do, and information about the user (such as name and cost), navigate to the Team screen from the navigation bar on the left.
On the Team screen, select Users & Permissions from the top tabs. This section is only visible to Leadership roles. To add a new user, click the Invite User button in the top left corner and enter their name, email and application permissions.
An invite email will be sent and they will be taken to the Treya registration screen to create an account. By adding a user, you allocate a seat license that will be due on your next invoice.
To remove a user, click the menu button on their row and select Remove Seat Assignment. This will remove their access to Treya and will free up the seat license for another user. To remove unused licenses, click Remove Extra Licenses in the top left corner of the Users & Permissions tab. From this same menu, the invite email can be resent and the user's permissions can be changed.
Your billable roster is a list of all team members with the Billable User permission. You can set their cost rate (necessary for profitability calculations of projects and deals) and select which billable roles they can be assigned to.
Select Billable Roster from the top tabs to view the list of all billable users. To edit the user, click the Settings icon in the first column of the user's row to open the Manage Billable Employee dialog.
You can assign billable roles to every user on your team from this dialog. This selection makes assigning team members to a project easier, and helps with profitability calculations during deal-making. Regardless of which roles are available to a user, they can be assigned to any project role.
In order to calculate profitability, Treya needs to know the cost rate for every billable user. From the Manage Billable Employee dialog, select the Employee cost tab. Cost can be computed by either entering an hourly cost, or by using the salary calculator. Either way, an hourly cost is established for that employee.
