About Treya

In 2013, I was a young, ambitious 29-year-old with a vision (and maybe a touch of delusion) when I started a custom software development company. Over the next decade, that company grew to over 80 incredible employees and nearly $20 million in annual revenue. Along the way, I gained deep expertise in the client services business model, learning what it takes to grow and operate profitably (and taking a few bumps and bruises along the way).

I also saw incredibly talented people struggle and fail to build their own client services businesses. It wasn't for a lack of skill or effort, but because they lacked the crucial tools and insights needed to manage this specific business model.

My mission became clear after I sold that company. I realized that being the "best in the business" doesn't always guarantee you have the "best business." I want to change that. I believe the world is a better place when the doers - the ones who truly care about what they create - are the ones who reap the rewards of their labor.
