These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.heytreya.com (the "Site") and web application located at https://app.heytreya.com (the "Application") and all related services, products, and applications offered by us (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you create an account with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. b. Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
c. Transmit any harmful or malicious code, such as viruses or worms.
d. Engage in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, or harmful to others.
e. Impersonate any person or entity.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Treya and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Services, or a breach of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may terminate your access to additional services provided by us, such as access to our Community Discord group, separate from your access to the Services, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
